Author Notes:
I mainly just wanted to show that John's creeped out, and unsure if this is a zombie screwing with him, or just a corpse... I'd say we accomplished that goal...
Some new stuff on the forum, we're still working on getting the webpage working... Design is not my strength, but we can't afford a professional to design it... Oh well :)
Science Centre visit and FanExpo soon! June showed me the bookmarks, and they are pretty much done.. It's a double sided thing, and if it turns out half as well as it looks like it might, it'll be pretty awesome ;D I like bookmarks too because they are just so darn useful.
As for The Guild, I think I'd place myself somewhere between Vork and Codex.. But I prefer a healer in games like that. Not only are you responsible for the lives of everyone else, but you get to do some great saves on people... And you can be assured that you have a guaranteed place in almost any raid if you're even remotely competent ;)
I miss June, she's at the sleep study thing tonight :(
(I'll have to really actually redraw him soon, I'm scared that he won't look the same hehe)
Magravan and I had a little bit of different ideas on how this one should be drawn from panel to panel.
I think that I managed to fail him, but I felt that it should be spelled out that John is tying the blanket in a loop and putting it on the dead guy's leg to drag him out.
That panel wasn't supposed to be there, but I added it in because I wasn't sure if people would be able to understand what was going on between Panel 2-a and 3.
Sorry if I'm an idiot for assuming that people may not 'get' what was going on. No offense was intended! hehe.
Well, I'm off for another sleep lab thing tonight. This time it's a 24 hour observation instead of 12 hour. Still trying to figure out why I'm so exhausted 24/7.
I am asking Magravan to post this for me, as I won't be here for the regular posting time :)
I have a bit of a busy week ahead. I have to finish up the bookmark designs, take them for printing, then on into the print store (my former workplace) and do all of the cutting/trimming myself to save money. That should take almost the entire day!
(But worth it, right?)
Then on Tuesday, we have a phone interview with the foster home that is housing our potential new puppy! I'm super excited that we may get her. She's 2 months old (probably 2.5 months old now) and she's a very sweet looking shepherd-husky mix.
Then I have to draw Thursday's and Monday's comics before the end of Wednesday night.
On Friday, we're planning to go to the Science Centre with the kids, and on Saturday, we're going to be at FanExpo!
Busy, busy, busy.
Any way, I hope that you all have a great week, and we'll see you Thursday!
P.S. Does any one watch the webshow The Guild? I've recently discovered it, and I LOVE it! I've watched seasons 1-3 around 3 times now. :)
Vork is my favourite. Codex is most like me, though I would never play a healer class seriously! I don't take criticism well, and everyone seems to like to blame every wipe on the healer!
Then I like Zaboo, Clara, Bladezz and Tinkerballa in that order. I don't really enjoy Tink's super snotty attitude, but she is pretty stereotypical of that type of gamer, as are the rest!
I loved getting to see Wil Wheaton in season 3! I was floored when I saw him!
Felicia Day will be at FanExpo! Hope we get to meet her. She's seems super! (and a hot redhead to boot - Shhh don't tell Magravan, I don't think he's noticed yet! heee heee) *winky face - oops the shift key slipped*

@Linden - Love the new icon! June was rocking out to Do you wanna date my Avatar the other day :)
@Ice the frosty cat - He reminds me of a starting character in a roleplaying game... Equipped with knickknacks he found around the house, out to destroy the evil menace ;)
@geekgrrl - Haha! Yeah... Kids are adorable when they dress up like knights ;D
@Onecanofsprite - It's a shelter, I'm sure they've got lots of junk like that around ;)
